PhD in Bioengineering

University of Auckland

Thesis: The Automated Construction and Verification of Physically Plausible Models of Physiological Systems

I completed my PhD at the University of Auckland, ranked 67th among universities worldwide. My research focused on developing an automated tool to check whether mathematical models of biological cells follow the rules of nature. Since many processes inside cells cannot yet be directly observed, researchers use available information to build models and simulate how cells behave. My work aimed to make checking these models easier through an automated tool. The tool is developed in Python programming language and is user-friendly for the best user experience and comfort.

Master's in Mechanical Engineering

Isfahan University of Technology

Thesis: Mathematical Modelling of Tumour Growth

I studied my master's at Isfahan University of Technology, which is ranked 620th university in the world. Throught my PhD, I worked on mathematical modelling of tumour microenvironment to understand tumour growth in different conditions such as nutrient availability. This code has been developed in C++ with an object oriented programming approach. This has led to three different international paper publications. Furthermore, I have worked on the simulation of fluid flow and heat transfer in cooling towers and heat exchangers.

Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering

University of Tabriz

Thesis: Thermodynamic Analysis of Triple Effect Lithium-Bromide Systems

I started my academic journey at the University of Tabriz, which is ranked 668th university in the world. Most part of my learning as a mechanical engineering student was mostly attending courses. However, I had a very small project on the calculation and simulation of multieffect cooling systems working with Lithium-Bromide. I published the results in a domestic joural as my first journal paper.
